If you’re unsure about eating raw kale, this little trick may make all the difference in taste and texture.
1) Massage, yes, massage raw kale with a little balsamic dressing, raspberry vinaigrette dressing, salt and pepper. Don’t drench it, just lightly rub it into the kale. Remove stems as you go. Massage until it wilts slightly. It will wilt more the longer you leave it in the fridge for leftovers.
